When Forza Motorsport 7 launched, many Forza fans were up in uproar due to the game only allowing VIP credit boosts to be used up to 25 times. Turn 10 quickly reacted, writing a letter of apology and also promising that the VIP credit boosts will become permanent soon. Well, that moment has finally arrived, as a recent update for Motorsport 7 returns VIP credit boosts to the same permanent status as previous Forza titles (via GTPlanet.)
After downloading the 270MB update, players who opted for the VIP Pass or the Ultimate edition of the game should expect to receive credit boosts at the end every single race on both Xbox One and PC. Also, the update also fixes an issue where VIP cars and driver gear were locked when playing offline.
Great to see that Turn 10 actively listened to the community and fixed Forza 7 after all the controversy. So, if you’ve been holding off on buying the premium versions of the game for the lack of VIP credit boosts, you can now finally purchase the game without worry.
