Fortnite August Crew Pack revealed and Suicide Squad skins teased – onmsft.com

Fortnite’s Crew Pack for August 2021 has been revealed and it’ll likely please quite a few longtime players.

The August Fortnite Crew Skin is Summer Skye, a variant of one of the Chapter 2 Season 2’s Battle Pass characters. Much like the original Season 2 version, Summer Skye also features a light and dark look and comes with a sword that can be used as a back bling or an axe.

The Summer Sky skin also comes with two different wraps to match her light and dark aesthetics, a loading screen featuring both the Season 2 and Summer versions, and the usual bonus 1,000 V-Bucks.

All of the content for the August 2021 Fortnite Crew Pack should unlock for subscribers on August 1st. Those with an active Crew subscription before then will also receive the July 2021 Crew Pack featuring Marvel’s Loki.

In addition to the above Crew Pack news, several social accounts today teased an upcoming Fortnite collaboration with the new Suicide Squad movie. The video, which could possibly be the first of several, shows Idris Elba revealing that his Suicide Squad character, Bloodsport, is coming to Fortnite.

As the video says, more information on this collaboration is coming tomorrow. It’s unclear if the Suicide Squad content will coincide with the debut of Superman, another DC Comics character, in Fortnite in two weeks or the new UFO countdown that started earlier this week.
