We put together five downloads worth checking out for this week. Who knows, it might be something you find yourself using more often. This week we share a program that makes it easy to monitor multiple services and devices in one console, an easy way to sync your files and folders on your Mac or PC, a Windows process explorer, and a tool to stream videos and audios to your mobile device.

System Center Operations Manager 2012 Beta – A tool that enables you to monitor services, devices, and operations for many computers in a single console.

Windows Live Mesh for Mac – Windows Live Mesh for Mac brings Live Mesh and the previous version of Windows Live Sync together into one product. With Windows Live Mesh for Mac, you can keep the folders you choose in sync across your computers (Mac and PC) so the files you need are always right there with you.

Window Detective 2.3.0 – Window Detective is a programmer’s tool used to “spy” on an application’s windows and allows you to view its properties. You can also customize and alter some of these properties according to your choice.

Microsoft Process Explorer 15.0 – Ever wondered which program has a particular file or directory open? Now you can find out. Process Explorer shows you information about which handles and DLLs processes have opened or loaded.

Air Playit – Air Playit is a free video streaming software designed to stream videos and audios to Apple iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Google Android OS mobile devices. Air Playit is capable of streaming 320 different video & audio formats to your mobile devices via WiFi and 3G/4G network. It acts as your personal audio video cloud server and lets you watch videos on the go.

If you have anything negative or positive to say about any of these programs, let us know your feedback in the comments below!
