Fitbit app for Windows Phone gets new languages support and bug fixes in latest update

Fitbit, for those that did not know, is a company known for their products having the same name. These products monitor your activity, the number of steps walked, your quality of sleep, and other personal metrics. If you own a Fitbit device and have a Windows Phone smartphone, you likely have the Fitbit app installed.

Fitbit has rolled out an update to their app for Windows Phone, adding support for Japanese, Korean, Chinese Simplified, and Chinese Traditional. On top of that, the app has also received Cortana integration for those of you in the UK and AU. And of course, the app update also features the usual performance improvements and bug fixes.

“Live a healthier, more active life with Fitbit, the top app for tracking all-day activity, workouts and health. Use this app on its own to track basic activity, or connect with Fitbit’s line of activity trackers and the Aria Smart Scale to get a complete picture of your daily stats – including steps, distance, calories burned, sleep, weight, and more,” the app description reads.

You can snag the updated app via the download link below. We are currently testing the Fitbit Charge and its integration with Windows Phone and will have a review on it soon.
