Final Fantasy X / Final Fantasy X-2 HD Remaster has now been confirmed for an April 16th launch on Microsoft’s Xbox One consoles.

Both games are expected to be bundled together as one title for Xbox One and, as their name implies, will feature improved graphics to bring them more in line with current video game standards. This will be the first time Final Fantasy X and Final Fantasy X-2 have been available to play on an Xbox console.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age has also been given an Xbox One release date. It will launch on Xbox One on April 30th.

Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age is a special version of the PlayStation 2 Final Fantasy XII video game which originally came out in 2006. Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age features improved visuals and added gameplay content. It’s expected to be identical to the Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age game that released on Sony’s PlayStation 4 back in 2017.

Square Enix recently announced a large number of Final Fantasy games for release on the Xbox One. Popular franchise entries, Final Fantasy VII and IX are also expected to come out sometime this year. Unfortunately, there’s no word on a Final Fantasy VIII re-release.
