File sharing service 4shared arrives on Windows Phone Store

Popular file sharing website, 4shared has launched its official Windows Phone client. Founded in 2005, the website claims it has 5.3 million registered users. 4shared offers videos, songs, images, apps, and several other files stored in its humongous servers. Though, do keep in mind that several of the files hosted on the site are infringing copyright.

“4shared is the right virtual warehouse for your data. You can access your files anytime you may need them, being sure that they are always kept safe and secure. What’s more, 4shared makes it easy to securely share content as a link with anyone.”, the app description reads.

You can use 4shared as a cloud storage platform — store and access your files on the go. The app allows you to upload files, as well as view, move, copy and delete your personal documents. You can also search 4shared’s massive database for video, music and other files and, of course, you can save them on your handsets. The app also allows you to stream media files online. Grab the app from the download link below.
