Microsoft recently launched a Beta program for the new Facebook app for Windows Phone 8 and the app has received a few updates along the way. Now, it appears that Microsoft has rolled out another update for the app, making it much faster than before.
For those who are unaware, the new Facebook app for Windows Phone features a major redesign and has implemented several user-requested features. Those features include support for high-res photos, post sharing, and Facebook Timeline.
While there is currently no changelog for this update, the app build number has been bumped to 5.0.1.3 and appears to be much faster than before. Of course, there has to be some bug fixes in the update as well. Grab the download below or update your app if you have it installed and let us know if you notice any differences.
