Expedia launches its Windows Phone app, you might not like it though

Popular online service for booking tickets for vacations and trips, Expedia has launched its Windows Phone app. The service is known for offering the best of deals and a plethora of enticing combo packages, such as travel + hotel etc.

“The Expedia Hotels & Flights app is the best and most beautiful way to book your hotel or flight. You can also save up to 40% with amazing Expedia Mobile Exclusive hotel deals and with Best Price Guarantee you know you’re always getting the best deal” its app description reads.

Don’t get too excited though. It’s a shame that the app is just a mobile version of the website which means, that you get the exact same experience that you would have while browsing expedia.com on your phone browser. We hope that Expedia will soon update it and bring some native features — as it has done in case of its iOS and Android app.

If you use the app, you can save $25 by applying the code MOBILE25 on your first hotel booking. Take the current version out for a spin via the download link below.
