Dungeons and Dragons game, Neverwinter now available on Xbox One

The massive multiplayer online role-playing game, Neverwinter, is now available on the Xbox One console and includes all of the content from the original Windows version’s base game as well as playable classes from the Scourge Warlock and the Tyranny of Dragons expansions.

While the game itself is free to buy, players will need an Xbox Live Gold membership to play it due to the entire game being constantly online (it is an MMORPG after all). There is also an in-game currency called Zen which can be purchased with real-world money and gives players access to items and accessories for their player character.

Set in the popular Dungeons and Dragons universe, Neverwinter promises to offer players intense combat with classic D&D gameplay, iconic D&D classes and races, complex customization options for characters and a gaming experience specifically designed for the Xbox One system such friends list integration to allow easy party creation and game controls redesigned for the Xbox One controller.
