DualShot app for Windows Phone 8 receives update, brings forth new features

Your Nokia Lumia cameras are about to be twice as fun. At least, that’s the intention of the DualShot app for Windows Phone 8, which lets you take pictures using both your front and back camera.

DualShot is inspired by an app on the iOS platform called Frontback, lets you use the front and back camera to create an image of yourself along with what’s in front of you. You can apply any of the eighteen filters and share the image to your friends and family members. The app is powered by the Nokia Imaging SDK, allowing users to easily edit the image.

DualShot also has the ability to use the camera’s flash, native sharing to Facebook and Twitter, and the ability to set a picture you take from DualShot as your Lockscreen image. Here are the key features of this app:

  • Native sharing to Facebook and Twitter
  • Export your photo to your installed apps
  • Enhance or add a touch of creativity with filters
  • Set a photo as lock screen
  • Launch DualShot from the camera lens view

DualShot was just recently updated to version 1.1.2.0 and is available for free. Hit the download link below to snag the updated app.
