For those of you who use the Dropbox cloud storage service, there is an update available for the official Dropbox app for Windows 8 and Windows RT. “With the Dropbox app for Windows 8, you can easily browse all your files, view your pictures, and watch your videos with a tap,” the app description reads.

The Dropbox app features the ability to browse and preview all of your files and photos located on Dropbox. You can open, edit, and save files from other Windows 8 apps as well as share any photo, file, or folder using the Windows 8 Share Charm. The Dropbox app also utilizes the Search Charm.

The release notes on the app’s Windows Store listing page does not reveal what is new with this update, so we are guessing performance enhancements and bug fixes. Hit the download link below to snag the updated app and let us know if you notice any new features or improvements.
