November’s Patch Tuesday marked the first time Microsoft added Windows 8 to its monthly security patch release cycle. For December 2012, Microsoft has announced that the company will be releasing seven security patches to fix eleven different vulnerabilities, including the company’s Internet Explorer 10 browser and Windows 8.

Microsoft is set to release seven security updates to address vulnerabilities in Internet Explorer 10, Windows 8, Windows RT, and Windows 2012, which are the companies newest range of software products.
