Deal alert: Xbox 360 gets a price cut in India

Microsoft has slashed the price of Xbox 360 in India. The standard Xbox 360 model with 250GB capacity, and Xbox 360 with same storage and bundled with a Kinect are getting the price drop. Originally selling at Rs 24,990, the 250-gig Xbox 360 is now selling for Rs 21,990. Similarly, the Xbox 360 with Kinect is now available for Rs 31,990, that’s Rs 2,900 concession on the original price.

Anshu Mor, Director, Interactive Entertainment Business, Microsoft India, said, “We are committed to offer great experiences to our consumers at compelling price points. This price drop on 250GB Sku’s, coupled with our recently launched Xbox Live Gold Rush promo, will provide great value to our community of fans and gamers.”.

The price cut doesn’t extend to any other model of Xbox 360. Microsoft will launch its new generation gaming console, Xbox One in September this year.
