Cloud integrator HubOne has announced that it has signed as a partner of Cloud migration vendor CIMtrek to use and resell CIMtrek to migrate LotusNotes/Domino applications to Microsoft Online Services, Microsoft BPOS, and the forthcoming Microsoft Office 365 cloud platforms.
HubOne managing director Nick Beaugeard said, “As Australia’s leading cloud integrator, we are continuously on the hunt for best of breed productions and solutions to assist our customers.”
In describing the relationship, Beaugeard stated “I was attracted to the CIMtrek solution through its inclusion in Gartner Group’s ‘Cool Vendor’ list. CIMtrek rounds out our solution offerings for existing Lotus customers who wish to migrate both their email platforms and collaboration tools to Microsoft, by combining email migration and automating the discovery, analysis and migration of applications in LotusNotes/Domino, this significantly reduces the time and cost for effective migration, whilst ensuring its accuracy and completeness.”
As one of the first companies to be part of Microsoft’s Cloud Accelerate programme and Microsoft Online Services Partner of the Year, HubOne views that including CIMtrek in its cloud migration solution set enhances its offerings allowing it to meet the requirements of a growing list of companies, such as Steinhoff Asia-Pacific and SPAusNet, who have determined the benefit of BPOS and others such as Qantas, AMP and Westpac who are migrating from LotusNotes/Domino to a Microsoft’s Exchange platform.
“We’ve been on the hunt for a robust and complete solution to assist our Lotus Customers”, Beaugeard said “CIMtrek is by far the best solution we have seen to date and we are excited to bring this fantastic functionality to our current and future customers and partners.”
HubOne will continue its focus on assisting larger and more complex customers migrate to the cloud and will add CIMtrek to the solution offered to its national partner base to migrate SMB customers to the cloud platform.
Speaking for CIMtrek Founder & CEO, Jon Pyke stated that “the decision by HubOne to employ CIMtrek in its client engagements is exciting as it reinforces our own and Gartner Group’s assessment of the need for our technology and we look forward to working with Nick and his Partners in Australia to assist their clients effectively and efficiently migrate to their new platform of choice, thereby achieving a faster ‘time to value’ for their project.”
