Check out ProSnap, the first third-party Snapchat app for Windows 8.1

For all you Snapchat lovers out there, check out this new app that has made its debut in the Windows Store. ProSnap is the first third-party Snapchat app for Windows 8.1 and Windows RT. This is just the first release of the app, so expect to see app updates with bug fixes and feature additions.

“ProSnap is the first Snapchat app available in the Windows Store. With ProSnap you can enjoy Snapchat on your Windows tablet, laptop or desktop. If you don’t have a camera you can still receive your snaps,” the app description reads. With this app, you can send snaps, receive snaps, manage friends, create Snapchat account, and add new friends

The app is very basic and easy to use. You can even create a new Snapchat account at the start of the app. At the moment, you are unable to type on your snaps, send to more than one friend, nor take videos. This app is just the start, so give it a try and recommend feature additions to the developer so this app can be improved. It is great to see a Snapchat app make its appearance in the Windows Store – although it still needs improvement.

Hit the download link below to snag the app.
