Despite a less-than-perfect launch, the latest installment of the Call of Duty franchise, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 has hit a staggering 25 million players. Bear in mind that the game only launched a week ago today (November 23rd), making this feat all the more impressive.

The Call of Duty Twitter account shared a post thanking all those who have played Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 so far.

This is in spire of a number of technical issues reported by players, including a glitch that locked some players out of their game, while another would render some players invisible to others.

Nonetheless, these hiccups don’t seem to have slowed down the juggernaut that is the Call of Duty brand.
