Call of Duty Black Ops III out for Xbox One and Windows 10 PC November 6th

The Call of Duty Black Ops III (BO3) reveal trailer was recently released and from what I see so far, it looks like Treyarch continues the Advanced Warfare theme and starts to blur the line between man and machine. I liked Advanced Warfare, but it doesn’t look like Treyarch is doing anything revolutionary with BO3. They are obviously bringing the zombies back with BO3, but again, there doesn’t seem to be anything separating BO3 from Advanced Warfare in the Call of Duty series.

BO3 borrows from games like Titanfall with its wall-jumping and wall-running, but there also seems to be new weapons and gadgets you can use to eviscerate your enemies with. Hacking enemy robots that can be used as your own personal robotic assassins are also a fun and violent surprise. Treyarch are also bringing the ability to bring down your human enemies with more blood and gore than ever before. There was one part in the BO3 trailer where a soldier gets run over and their body is ripped apart by a large spherical rolling explosive.

There is nothing truly innovative in this latest installment in the Call of Duty franchise, but more details may release as we approach the official November 6th release date. Check out the BO3 reveal trailer below and decide for yourself.

According to the Call of Duty website, it looks like you can only pre-order BO3 through Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Gamestop, or Walmart, but I assume that will change soon. So pre-order BO3 today via the Call of Duty website in the download link below. Stay tuned to WinBeta as more information on Black Ops III as it becomes available.
