Build 2016: Windows 10 now on 270 million devices

Today we’re going to hear plenty of stats from Microsoft. One of the most important is total users of Windows 10. Terry Myerson announced that the there are now 270 million devices running Windows 10. That is 70 million more devices than the latest count in January.

Myerson threw in a quip about how those devices include old devices and continued on with some other stats. Some key stats are that there have been over 75 billion hours of use on Windows 10 and that there are over 500 new devices on the platform.

This is a continuing story and we’ll have loads more from this year’s Build conference.
