Bonnaroo Festival set to stream live on Xbox this summer

As music festivals go, Bonnaroo, which takes place June 12th to the 15th in Manchester, Tennessee, is one of the largest music events in the US. It rivals overseas destinations like Manchester (the UK version) in scale, but this year the fest has something to add.

The legendary music festival will stream live to Xbox customers. Microsoft has teamed up with promoter Superfly Presents to bring all of the music and video into your home.

“For fans who can’t make the trip to Tennessee, Xbox and Bonnaroo have the next best thing – bringing the festival experience right into your living room”, the Xbox team announces.

“This new partnership will give Xbox users unprecedented access to the live Bonnaroo experience through an exclusive, interactive television event that will be streaming in high-definition where available”, the collaboration promises.

As for the artists you’ll be seeing when you tune in, well, that’s still up in the air. However your anticipation won’t be building for too long, as the lineup is scheduled to be released on February 19th.
