Bing Translator App For Windows 8.1 Updated, No Change Log Available Yet – onmsft.com

Bing Translator app for Windows 8.1 updated, no change log available yet

For those of you who use the Bing Translator app for Windows 8.1, there is an update waiting for you to download. Microsoft has yet to provide a change log so we can see what has been fixed, but overall, we’ve noticed a performance improvement.

“The Bing Translator App for Windows is your companion when you need to quickly translate what you are looking at. Use your camera or just type the text you want to translate. Text and camera translation work offline with downloadable language packs, so you can get the power of Bing Translator on-the-go, even when you don’t have an Internet connection,” the app description reads.

While it appears that this update is minor, the Bing Translator app is no stranger to receiving new features. In the previous update, Bing Translator earned the ability to translate content that you read, type, or even capture via your webcam! Users can even install offline language packs to use the app offline.

Grab the updated app via the download link below and let us know if you notice any new improvements.

Thanks for the tip, @dingl_!
