Earlier this week, we reported that the 6-inch Nokia Lumia 1520 was rumored to be available on ATT. Those rumors were correct as you are now able to purchase the device on contract for $249.99. Today, ATT has officially announced the availability of the 32GB model, stating that ‘bigger is better.’
“For AT&T customers – bigger is better. You asked for it and now it’s here – the Nokia Lumia 1520 with 32GB of storage space is now available for purchase. You can order this new version of the largest Windows Phone device exclusively from AT&T online: Here or in AT&T retail stores and the device will be shipped to you,” the company stated in an official blog post.
For those who don’t recall, the Nokia Lumia 1520 sports a gigantic 1080p 6-inch display with 367 ppi density. Under the hood, the phablet is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 chip clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM. The device also comes with a 20 MP PureView camera with optical image stabilization and Carl Zeiss Optics. Other features include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a massive 3,400 mAh battery and Windows Phone 8 OS with Lumia Black pre-installed out of the box.
The 32GB model is only available in matte black and features a price of $249.99 with a two-year activation, or $32 a month with Next 12 and $24.62 a month with Next 18.
