Beats Music and Battery apps for Windows Phone receive updates

Beats Music got off to a rough start, with registration being closed within days, thanks to system problems experienced by users. That also resulted in a holding pattern for the Windows Phone app that caused a few days delay in its release.

As for the update, the company has not revealed a change log, either in the Windows Store or even on the company blog. We assume that version 1.0.205.2 brings along some performance enhancements, as our previous review revealed some shortcomings in the service.

Battery has also received an update. The app provides customers with a more detailed view of battery details right from the lock screen. This brings it to version 1.10.4.5. Again, no change log seems to be available.

If either of these developers posts information on what has been done, then we will update this post to contain the enhancements. For now, you can grab both from the Windows Store, just follow the links posted below.
