BBM beta app for Windows Phone adds stickers, timed messages, and more in latest update

A new update has rolled out to the Blackberry Messenger (BBM) beta app for Windows Phone, for those of you who love to stay on the bleeding edge of technology. With this update, you can now enjoy using stickers, timed messages, message retractions, and more.

Stickers allow you to add some fun to your chats in BBM. In this particular beta app, you have access to test the following Stickers: Gilbert’s Tale, CosCat, BBM Characters, BBM things you do, Say it with flowers, and BBM Stickers. Aside from Stickers, the app also features timed messages, allowing you to set how long contacts have access to messages and pictures shared in chat. You can also ‘retract’ messages from a chat.

The beta app also fixes numerous bugs including the following:

  • BBM crashes when tapping on a profile on HTC devices
  • BBM is slow to launch
  • BBM stuck on set-up screen on Nokia devices
  • Retract Message tooltip does not appear even after exchanging a few messages.

Grab the beta app via the download link below.
