BADLAND: Game of the Year Edition now on Xbox One

The mobile game, Badland, has been redesigned for consoles with new analog stick controls and Full-HD visuals. The action and adventure platformer garnered a lot of attention on its mobile release due to its graphics and gameplay and it will be interesting to see how it controls with a controller.

In addition to the new controls and upgraded graphics, the Game of the Year Edition (which seems to be Microsoft’s way of marketing re-releases of games on the Xbox One console) also includes local multiplayer for up to four players in the main campaign’s 100 levels or the special deathmatch stages where players can compete against one another.

Badland: Game of the Year Edition is out now on Xbox One and Xbox Live Gold members currently get a 20% discount when purchasing it though this discount will only be for an unspecified limited time. Personally I’m hyped to see a four player platformer on the Xbox One. Are you going to pick it up? Let us know in the comments.
