Today, at PASS (Professional Association of SQL Server) Summit 2015, there will be a session showing you how to develop modern applications on Azure; specifically how you can use Azure’s SQL Database along with DocumentDB, Azure Search, HDInsight, and Machine Learning. For those who don’t know what the PASS Summit is, it is an annual week-long meeting for SQL Server experts and novices alike as they learn the latest and greatest SQL tips, tricks, and technologies.
PASS Summit 2015 started on October 26 and ends on October 30 at the Washington State Convention and Trade Center, located in Seattle, Washington. General Manager Shawn Bice will work with his team in presenting the Azure SQL Database session. Bice has more than 10 years of experience at Microsoft and is responsible for managing everything about Microsoft’s Database Systems Group, SQL Server RDBMS, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Data Warehouse, Azure SQL Virtual Machines, Analytics Platform System (APS).
