Audible on Windows Phone

Audible’s app for Windows Phone has received another update. Audible is pretty active on the update front and the latest update brings ratings, reviews, audio samples and more. Here’s the full changelog.

  •           Bug fixes
  •           Improved stability
  •           Personalized recommendations
  •           View similar titles by the same author, narrator and next in series
  •           Rate and review titles from the app
  •           Play audio samples in the app
  •           Hands-free support
  •           Storage card support

Their app is highly rated in the Windows Phone store at 4/5 stars from over 11,000 reviews. The idea behind Audible is that fans of literature to listen to books rather than reading them. Some other features of the app include transferring books over Wi-Fi and button free mode.

Audible is pretty much the standard when it comes to audio books. They market themselves heavily to people on the go and they have features that provide more than simple audio playback.
