For all you Ron Burgundy fans, Anchorman 2 for Windows Phone 8 has arrived – offering you lots of fun and action! There is also a new app called GIF Chat, which combines animated GIFs with texting. Unleash some fun with these two new apps for Windows Phone 8.

The Anchorman 2 app, which costs $0.99, features tons of new lines from the character Ron Burgundy (voiced by actor/comedian Will Ferrell) as well as a simple swipe-to-toss gameplay. There are four different locations including The News Teams’ new NYC apartment, Ron’s shag-tastic RV, the 24 hour newsroom, and Tino’s Jazz Bar.
On the other hand, we have GIF Chat – a free app for Windows Phone. This app combines animated GIFs with texting, allowing you to quickly record videos, add captions and swap them privately with your friends. You can share a GIF and decide how long the recipient can see it before it vanishes.
