Allrecipes for Windows Phone updated with Cortana support, step-by-step videos and more

Do you love cooking? If yes, then you should know about Allrecipes for Windows Phone which contains a massive library of recipes you can use to cook your favorite meal. You can search for recipes based on ingredients, dish type, and dietary preferences. Best of all, the app has photos to complement the recipes, as well as reviews on recipes from a community consisting of 40 million home cooks. Furthermore, users can pin the app on their Start screen to get daily recipe suggestions so you can make something new everyday.

Recently, Allrecipes app for Windows Phone was bumped to version 1.3.0.1173, and brings a few notable changes on board. With the latest update, users will be able to make use of Cortana, Microsoft’s digital personal assistant, to search for recipes using the app, or open you existing recipe box using just a few words for it.

You simply have to ask Cortana to search on how to cook a Turkey or search for you favorite steak for the Recipe Box, it can be done with a few simple words. Furthermore, the app also features step-by-step videos to help you with the recipes so you can make it in the best possible way.
