A Happy Thanksgiving “no Builds Today” From Gabe – onmsft.com

Gabe Aul is a great guy, a Microsoft employee who “gets” how to deal with an impatient, demanding, but ultimately highly valuable set of consumers who have come to call themselves “Windows Insiders”. He’s dealt with us with not only a sense of professionalism but a sense of humor. So today, when Gabe came online to answer some questions on Twitter (go enjoy the holiday, Gabe!), he took the time to wish Windows Insiders a Happy Thanksgiving:

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

— Gabriel Aul (@GabeAul) November 26, 2015

Of course, being Insiders, the obligatory “any new builds today?” question had to be asked, and rather than ignore it, Gabe responded in a way that just has to be read with the deliciously dry sense of humor Gabe possesses:

@Aymen_fer No builds today

— Gabriel Aul (@GabeAul) November 26, 2015

Here’s a hint for any of you hoping for a new build anytime soon, it’s a holiday here in the U.S., and today is filled with turkey and thanks. Tomorrow, Microsoft employees, like the rest of us, will be scouring the malls and the internet looking for the most killer deals on that new 4K TV, an Xbox One bundle, or even a robotic vacuum. Pushing out new builds, at least for this weekend, isn’t on the list.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Here at WinBeta, we’re truly thankful for an energetic, dedicated, and growing audience, and the chance to bring you all the latest Microsoft news. We hope wherever you are, you take some time to count your blessings. We’re looking forward to a great holiday season and an even more exciting new year!
