Flixster app for Windows 8.1 gets a few bug fixes in latest update

Flixster, a popular service that helps movie lovers discover new movies as well as trivia, has rolled out an update to their Windows 8.1 app. In this update, we get several bug fixes and improvements to video playback.

“Watch movie trailers, get showtimes and stream movies from your UltraViolet movie collection,” the app description reads. Here are the key features of this app:

  • Look up showtimes at nearby theaters
  • Get critics’ reviews from Rotten Tomatoes
  • Watch high quality trailers
  • Stream full-length movies from your UltraViolet collection
  • Create your own “Want to See” list
