Microsoft’s very own Facebook app for Windows Phone 8 has been receiving some decent amounts of love from the company, as new updates are rolling out on a weekly basis. Microsoft has rolled out yet another update to the Facebook Beta app for WP8, adding the ability to use emoticons during status updates.

Facebook Beta for WP8 has been updated to version 5.0.3.1, adding stability and performance improvements, which seems to be common every-time there is an update to an app. Aside from that, Microsoft has also added the ability to use emoticons in your status updates to add a little emphasis to your mood.

Microsoft recently updated the Facebook Beta app and added the ability to unfriend and unlike a page. If you have the app installed already, hit the Store to update your app to the latest release. If you do not have the app installed, we have provided the download link for you below. Enjoy!
