Fable Legends beta arriving on Xbox One this fall

\

Last year, Lionhead Studio announced a new multiplayer game series titled Fable Legends. Today the company, at Microsoft’s E3 press briefing, announced that the beta of Fable Legends will become available on Xbox One this fall.

\

For a refresher, Fable Legends is a four player game, where the players cooperatively fight against one villain. The heroes (said players) get a third-person behind-the-shoulder view while gaming, whereas the villain gets to look at things from above.

\

“Fable Legends innovates on the franchise’s well-loved world of magic, humor and high adventure, delivering a unique experience that feels familiar for fans, yet new and vibrant. Featuring stunning visuals brought to life by Xbox One and Unreal Engine 4, Fable Legends lets you play cooperatively with your friends as a team of up to four heroes, each with their own play style, or become the Villain and control the reins of battle from on high. Sign up today to register interest in the multiplayer beta, which begins this fall,” Microsoft stated.

\

The heroes possibly hold some special power, as one exhibited magical skills, whereas another one was an expert in combat. Perhaps, Xbox One users can expect a mix of traditional characters in the game. Watch the video below to discover more. Head over to FableLegends.com to sign up for the Beta.
