Despicable Me Minion Rush for Windows 8.1 to add Downtown and Mall locations in its next update

For all Despicable Me: Minion Rush fans, there’s a good news. According to company’s official, the game’s Windows 8.1 app will soon receive a major update. The upcoming update will add more locations to the game.

One of our reader reached out to Gameloft to inquire when Despicable Me: Minion Rush will add the ‘Mall’ and ‘Downtown’ locations, and a Gameloft official confirmed that an update is on its way. For those who are not familiar with the game’s plot, the Android and iOS counterpart of this game sport 5 different locations, whereas the Windows 8.1 app only has 3. Despicable Me: Minion Rush is based on the popular movie Despicable Me 2.

Thanks for the tip, Aaditya Menon!
