Intel has released new Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers aimed at improving connectivity and overall performance on supported devices, and the update also removes support for one older network card that the company has now discontinued.
The latest Wi-Fi driver, version 24.30.1, focuses on better stability and stronger connection performance across a range of Intel wireless adapters, and it also brings regulatory updates for regions like Oman, Brazil, and Pakistan along with security and functional fixes that improve reliability during daily use.
AX200 support removed in latest update
Alongside these improvements, Intel has made one notable change in this release, as the driver package no longer includes support for the Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 adapter, which the company has officially discontinued, so users with this card will need to stay on older driver versions.
The Bluetooth driver, also version 24.30.1, does not list specific changes, but Intel confirms it includes general functional updates to improve performance and compatibility.
The updated drivers support 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11 and work with the following Intel wireless adapters:
| Intel Wireless Adapter | Driver Version |
|---|---|
| Wi-Fi 7 BE200 series | 24.30.1.1 |
| Wi-Fi 6E AX411 / AX211 / AX210 | 24.30.1.1 |
| Wi-Fi 6 AX203 / AX201 / AX101 | 24.30.1.1 |
| Wireless-AC 9560 / 9461 / 9462 / 9260 | 24.30.1.1 |
