Meta has launched a new Creator Fast Track program to attract creators from TikTok and YouTube to Facebook, offering guaranteed monthly payments along with stronger reach to help them grow faster on the platform. The move targets creators who already have a following but find it difficult to start fresh on Facebook, while also pushing more original content into Facebook’s ecosystem.
The program offers $1,000 per month to creators with at least 100,000 followers and $3,000 per month to those with over one million followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. These payments run for three months, after which creators can continue earning through Facebook’s monetization tools while still benefiting from increased content reach.
According to CNBC, Meta sees this as a direct response to creator concerns about starting from zero on a new platform. “We have heard from established creators on other platforms … that it can be hard or intimidating to get started,” said Yair Livne, vice president of product for Facebook Creators. “So this program is really meant to address that need.”
How the Creator Fast Track works
Creators must post at least 15 Reels within 30 days, spread across 10 different days, to qualify for payouts. The content does not need to be exclusive to Facebook but must be original, including AI-generated work. Once enrolled, creators also gain access to Facebook Content Monetization, which pays based on engagement across videos, stories, and posts.
Meta says it paid nearly $3 billion to creators in 2025, with 60% going to Reels content. CEO Mark Zuckerberg has also spoken about reviving “OG Facebook” and positioning it as a strong home for creators.
At the same time, Meta has added new monetization metrics to show qualified views, earnings rates, and reasons why some views do not qualify. The company believes clearer insights and upfront payments will help creators treat Facebook as a core platform rather than a secondary option.
