- VPN Performance Improvement: Users relying on virtual private networks (VPN) will benefit from this update, as it tackles an issue related to excessive Address Resolution Protocol (ARP) requests to the network gateway. The problem occurred when the VPN was used on a wireless mesh network with an aggressive throttling algorithm, leading to poor network performance.
