Lumia 1520

AT&T is now selling the monstrous Nokia Lumia 1520 with a green paint job for $199.99 tied to a two-year contract with the carrier. The handset was shown off a few months back as well, with rumors hinting at its launch sometime after the launch of Windows Phone 8.1 OS for existing devices.

Those who don’t want to get into a commitment can grab the device for $584 outright, and it’s also available on the AT&T Next program. Similar to the other Nokia Lumia 1520 variants, this one also comes with 16GB of internal storage with support for a microSD card slot of up to 128GB. Additionally, there’s no Qi wireless charging capabilities either, but customers should get used to it.

Interestingly, the new Nokia Lumia 1520 comes with Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system, which makes sense since AT&T started rolling out the latest update for the device a few days back.

The handset offers high-end specifications, and rocks a gigantic 6-inch display sporting a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. The processing power comes from a quad-core Snapdragon 800 SoC clocked at 2.2GHz with Adreno 330 GPU and 2GB of RAM on board. Other features include 20MP camera with PureView technology and Carl Zeiss Optics as well as a 2MP front-facing camera and a massive 3,400 mAh battery to make sure you don’t run out of juice at important ocassions.

The handset is up for grabs online, and there’s no word about its availability in-store. If interested, head over to the AT&T product listing page, and grab the handset.
