A new paid update for the Xbox One’s Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 video game has just appeared in the Xbox Store. Named the, Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Festive Edition Upgrade, once it’s purchased and installed, this new upgrade will add 2 new characters and a special customization pack that adds a variety of visual changes inspired by the holiday season.
To coincide with this upgrade release, the full Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 game has been re-packaged and re-released as Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2: Festive Edition. Owners of the regular Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 have no need to buy this re-release (they can grab the upgrade pack for the new content) but this is a way for those who haven’t purchased the game yet to do so and enjoy the extra content.
