The Xbox team has just revealed that it’s bringing eight new games to the Xbox Games Pass catalog in February, and the latest additions are pretty solid. Halo Wars 2, the RTS game released last year is joining Halo Wars: Definitive Edition in the list, and both games support Xbox Play Anywhere. The addition of Fable Anniversary, another Microsoft Studios title will also make the full Fable trilogy available for Games Pass subscribers.

Two sports game will also join Xbox Games Pass next month, WWE 2K17 and NBA 2K17. We remind you that WWE 2K16 is still in the catalog (though maybe not for long now) while NBA 2K16 was recently removed.

Another great addition is the hack-and-slash game Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition, which will join its predecessor Darksiders Warmastered Edition. This is a nice gift ahead of the release of Darksiders 3 on the Xbox One later this year.

Lastly, you may want to check out the indie games Rime and Letter Quest: Grimm’s Journey plus the hydrogen racing game Riptide Renegade GP. The latter also supports Xbox Play Anywhere and local co-op with up to six players on the Xbox One.

These eight new games will all be available on February 1. It’s nice to see that more Xbox Play Anywhere games are joining the list, making the subscription service increasingly interesting for PC gamers. Let us know what do you think of these latest additions in the comments below.
