We’re anxiously awaiting the release of Microsoft’s first attempt at Windows 10 for phones, promised for February, but expected hopefully in a matter of days or weeks. We already know that Windows 10 will run, or at least most of it will, on just about all current Windows Phones, including models with only 512mb of memory. Now, thanks to a confirmation tweet by Windows Insider Gabriel Aul, we also know that supported phones will be able to roll back to Windows Phone 8.1 if the tech preview is just a little too buggy:

Aul goes on to tweet that “all supported phones for the preview will have a rollback path”, and that no, “Denim is not a requirement to upgrade” to Windows 10.
Now all we need are the bits. What’s your best guess as to when we’ll get our hands on Windows 10 for phones?
