Windows 10 for mobile build 10072 screenshots leaked, user interface gets a minor refinement

New screenshots of Windows 10 for phones build 10072 have surfaced on the internet, showcasing minor user interface refinements. The build string is 10.0.12555.74. This isn’t the first time build 10072 screenshots were leaked. In fact, just last week, the folks at ITHome managed to get their hands on the unreleased build 10072 showcasing a number of screenshots.

While these screenshots showcase nothing jaw dropping or exciting, there are quite a few improvements to the user interface. In the latest set of screenshots, we get to see an updated calling experience, as well the new Excel app for Windows 10. You can take a look at the images below, or head over to the VIA link to see more images (in Chinese).

Previously, we learned that build 10072 for phones offered a number of notable enhancements and tweaks, including a new transparency slider for Live Tiles, which was rumored to be in works earlier this year. With this new option, users get the ability to control the transparency of the Live Tiles, allowing users to have a more personalized Start Screen. Furthermore, the choices of solid colors that users can select are bumped from 21 to 48, as well as the ability to download the Word Preview and PowerPoint Preview.

We’ll have more on this build as information becomes available.
