UC Browser and 6snap for Windows Phone 8 receive new updates

If you are a regular user of 6snap or UC Browser for Windows Phone 8, there are two updates waiting for your in the Windows Phone Store. UC Browser, an app that is being touted as the “best internet browser” for Windows Phone, while 6snap is a great third-party Snapchat app for Windows Phone.

“UC Browser is a leading mobile internet browser with more than 400 million users across more than 150 countries and regions. This product is currently available in 11 different languages on all major operating platforms,” UCWeb stated on their official product website. The app was recently updated to version 3.3.1.371 and unfortunately no change log was made available. The update likely contains bug fixes and performance enhancements.

Rudy Huyn, the developer behind 6tag and 6sec, has rolled out an update to the unofficial Snapchat app called 6snap. “6snap is the first full featured snapchat app for Windows Phone. Snap a photo or a video, add a caption, and send it to a friend (or maybe a few), etc… All snapchat features are included,” the app description reads. The app was bumped to version 2.8.0.0 and adds support for the recently released CloudSix for Dropbox app. You can now select a picture or a video from CloudSix and save your videos on CloudSix.
