Telegram Messenger receives an update with an improved photo viewer and more

Telegram Messenger is yet another instant-messaging application, which has received its fair share of success. The app offers several features including the abilities to create groups of up to 200 people, share large videos, send multiple media files, and much more. Recently, Telegram Messenger for Windows Phone received an update, bumping it to version 1.1.3.59, and introducing a few new features to the app.

The latest update introduces support for custom font sizes, which can be set through phone settings, but this feature is only available for users running Windows Phone 8.1 as its operating system.

Here’s a list of features introduced with the latest update:

  • new faster photo viewer with ‘swipe to close’ support
  • support for custom font sizes set in phone settings (wp8.1)
  • fixed bug with typing/last seen status

If you happen to be a regular user of Telegram Messenger, head over to the Windows Phone Store and grab the app update now.
