Microsoft is rolling out a series of firmware updates for the ARM-based Surface Pro X devices. This set of updates is available for the original Surface Pro X model sporting the SQ1 processor and brings a ton of improvements that focus on the stability of various components. As usual, the April 2021 updates will be delivered in phases to all Surface Pro X owners running Windows 10 version 1903 or newer. However, with version 1903 now officially out of support, most devices should have already been upgraded to a newer version of the OS. In case you missed it, Microsoft released a fresh set of firmware updates for its new Surface Pro X variant featuring the SQ2 chipset recently.
