Another popular app has been updated today for Windows Phone, as Facebook for Windows 10 Mobile has returned to the Windows Store. We reported a few weeks back that the Windows 10 Mobile Facebook app dropped its beta tag, but the app was later removed.
Now Windows Central is reporting the Windows 10 Mobile version has returned to the Windows Store. The latest update brings a refined user interface, but no official changelog describing new features. Users who update to the new app will immediately notice a new look with improved menus and redesigned iconography. The app is listed as version 10.1.
With Windows 10 Mobile officially launched on the new Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, and the Windows 10 Mobile update rolling out to older phones in the very near future, it is a welcomed addition to have a new version of the Facebook app. Hopefully, the app will be updated with new features on a regular basis on parity with other platforms as Window 10 Mobile continues to carve out a niche for itself and its universal app strategy.
