The focus of today might be on the announcement of a launch date for Microsoft’s Surface Duo smartphone, but there is some additional news that is slipping under the cracks. Noted by Windows Central, the Surface Earbuds will be shipping in a new Graphite Gray color, starting September 10.
This new color of the Surface Earbuds is just as you think. It’s the same Surface Earbuds, but just with a fresh coat of paint. The price is also the same as the original Glacier White model which launched earlier this year, and there isn’t anything new in terms of the hardware, otherwise.
As we found in our review, the Surface Earbuds are a nice take on Apple’s Airpods and are truly comfortable. They feature a nice fit and unique design, with a large touchpad for controlling your music and media. The sound quality is also great, as is the battery life is up to 8 hours per charge.
