Service outages affecting Outlook.com, Exchange users in Europe
Microsoft has acknowledged service outages for Outlook.com and Exchange users in Europe. After investigating the issues this morning, the company said that it has been restoring service but it doesn’t have a time of recovery yet.

Office 365 users can can learn more about the Exchange outage by checking the Office 365 admin center and mobile app. For Outlook.com users, you can get updates on the dedicated Twitter account or the Service Health page. The email service is currently affected by two issues, with some users struggling to connect to Outlook.com and others not being able to receive and send emails.
The Outlook.com outage seems to mostly affect Western Europe according to DownDetector.
