Scout GPS Maps app for Windows Phone 8 has received an update, adding support for live traffic and offline maps. You can also get real-time commuting on your Start screen with Live tiles and on the Lock screen.

In this new update, the build number has been bumped to 1.3.0.13 and the following new features have been added:
- Local, Live Traffic from 100+ million traffic sensors
- Offline Maps to help save data and drive out of coverage
- Ratings & Reviews from TripAdvisor & Yelp
- Real-time Commute using Live Tiles and on the Lock Screen
A free version of the app is available for download, with the paid version offering voice command features, voice turn-by-turn directions, and maps with red-light cameras and traffic flows.
