Reminder: xbox music and onedrive now work with each other for a more immersive, intuitive experience

For those that did not know, or might have missed the news, Microsoft recently announced that Xbox Music and OneDrive now work together to provide a more immersive and intuitive experience for your digital music. All you have to do is upload your music to your new “Music” folder in OneDrive and it will show up on your Windows Phone device via the Xbox Music app. You can add music files in MP3, M4A (AAC), and WMA formats. You can currently add up to 50,000 songs to your collection. How cool is that?

As a bonus, all OneDrive users get 15GB of storage for free, but if you are an Xbox Music Pass subscriber, you can get an extra 100GB for free as long as your subscription is active. This allows you to store and stream all your favorite music tracks. You can listen to your favorite collection in your car, at home, or anywhere. If you haven’t already, give it a try. Keep in mind you may need to sign up for an Xbox Live account if you don’t already have one. This allows your music on OneDrive to appear on your phone via Xbox Music.
