Outlook Preview for Android updated with major improvements to its contacts management system

Microsoft’s critically acclaimed Outlook app for Android has been updated with major new features. The rebranded Acompli app lets you connect to Exchange, Office 365, Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, and iCloud and now features an improved contacts management system.

With the latest update, users can now sync their address books, with the ability to merge the contacts on their email account and their phones together. The app also has improvements to viewing detailed contact information and can initiate calls to contacts instantly with a press of a button. Also added are improvements to the calendar where a 3-day view is now shown when the phone in held in landscape. Of course there’s the obligatory “performance and stability improvements” thrown in too.

You can download the Outlook Preview app for Android over at the download link below. Let us know what app you use for your email needs on your Windows Phone, Android, or iOS device in the comments below.
